Solving isn't working
Make sure you're connected to the internet — solving requires a network connection. If you see an error, tap Try again. A typical solve takes under 8 seconds. Free users have 3 solves — upgrade to Pro for unlimited solving. Study tools, the visualizer, and concept reference work fully offline.
Scan isn't reading my question
Use a clear, well-lit photo. Printed text reads best; for handwriting, write neatly and crop tightly to the question. You can crop to just the relevant area before upload. You can also type the question manually if the scan struggles.
Restore purchases
Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with. If issues persist, email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com with your Apple ID receipt.
Cancel subscription
iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → History AI - Smart Tutor → Cancel Subscription. Apple manages all billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Are study tools free?
Yes. All study tools (important dates, timeline reference, cause & effect, essay outlines, map tips), the timeline visualizer, concept reference, and flashcard decks are free forever — no subscription needed, fully offline.
AI answer seems wrong
AI can occasionally make mistakes. Double-check each step against your understanding or your textbook, and use the free study tools to verify dates and context. If you consistently get wrong answers, email us with the question and the explanation you received so we can improve.
